Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Fit or Preference Issues

If your Item doesn’t fit or isn’t to your liking, we offer flexible solutions:

  • Opt for a full store credit, including the cost of shipping.
  • If neither option suits, you can return the Item for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Please note that a $7 processing fee will apply for all financial refunds, except in cases of damaged goods.

Damaged Goods

In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We offer a 100% refund or an exchange free of charge, with no additional processing fees.

Multiple Sizes

If you've ordered the same Item in different sizes, we offer refunds in the form of store credit. Please send back the sizes that did not work for you.

Sizing Exchanges

We understand finding the perfect fit can be challenging. We offer an exchange for any sizing issues; however, please note that all exchanges are final and cannot be refunded later.

General Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@snuggslips.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less a $7 processing fee for non-damaged goods. Please note that the processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.

Lost or Stolen Goods

SnuggSlips.com is not liable for any lost or stolen goods. If a mistake was made on the shipping carriers side, Snuggslips can only provide you with information on how to contact the carrier.
